Management is the process of coordinate and overseeing the activities in an state which ensures that organizational goals are met (Robbins, Bergman, Stagg & Coulter, 2009). It is due to its towering importance that several theories regarding commission pay back evolved through the years. However it is questionable as to whether these theories can be connect to the managers in todays creative activity. Furthermore, a question of universality of management is raised in todays world to identify the similarities among managers. Miss N is the first banknote manager and she is directly tough with coaching the newly leased employees and her job is to review and poll the fieldwork.\nNowadays all triple-crown business requires preparedness. The business plan is a series of activities, which subscribe to be performed in order to pass the organizations long-term goals.
